  • For installation on platforms for crude oil exploitation (offshore), transportation of oil, gas and its derivatives (Onshore) as well as in refineries, chemical plants, petrochemical, oil industry processes or others where there is corrosion, erosion, or flow diversion is required.
  • API-6D compliant design for installation on platforms (upstream). API-608 for ground installations (midstream and downstream). Also meets ISO-14313 and BS-5351 criteria.
  • Flame-retardant design in accordance with API-6FA, API-607 and ISO-10497.
  • ASME Classes 150, 300 and 600.
  • Body with flanged ends.

DESIGN FEATURES

CAST BODY FLOATING BALL VALVE FOR OIL SERVICE.

  1. Two-part design compliant with API-6D and API-608 (also compliant with BS-5351).
  2. Body and end produced from a lost wax casting process.
  3. Floating seats self-supported by ball and stems.
  4. Stem with anti-ejection system.
  5. NPS ½ to NPS 10 diameters with flanged or WE ends.
  6. Flame-retardant design in accordance with API-6FA ("Standard for Fire Test for Valves") and API-607 ("Fire Test for Quarter Turn Valves and Valves Equipped with Non-Metallic Seats").
  7. Full port as standard; reduced body option on request.
  8. RF or RTJ finishes in accordance with ASME B16.5.
  1. For WE end valves in accordance with ASME B16.25.
  2. Standard SS-410 ball and stem internals; PTFE seats.
  3. Corrosive and high temperature service internals SS-316 Ball and stem; RPTFE seats.
  4. Flange end spacing in accordance with ASME B16.10.
  5. Classes 150, 300 and 600 # in accordance with ASME B16.34.
  6. Handle or gear operated actuator.
  7. API-598 compliant testing.
  8. NACE MR-01-75 or NACE MR-01-03 compliant.
