FORGED STEEL GLOBE VALVES


  • This is the compact globe type valve design in which all pressure bearing components are manufactured from forgings (body and hood). Suitable for installation in refineries, chemical plants, petrochemical plants, oil industry processes or others where there is corrosion, erosion or volumetric flow control is required.
  • Designed in accordance with API-602, ISO-15761 and BS-10434.
  • ASME Classes 150, 300, 600, 800, 1500 Class 2500 in accordance with ASME B16.34. Clase 2500 de acuerdo con ASME B16.34.
  • NPS 1/2 to NPS 2 diameters.
  • End types:
    -Welding box end (SW).
    -Threaded ends (S).
    -Integral flanged ends (RF, RTJ).
    -WE ends.

OVERVIEW

DESIGN FEATURES

  1. API-602, ISO-15761 and BS-10434 flanged or welded hood design.
  2. Rising stem with outside screw and yoke (OS&Y).
  3. Rotating rising stem.
  4. Rising flywheel.
  5. Tapered plug type disc.
  6. Stem seal design for integral packing chamber to hood (integral rear seat).
  7. Low leakage gaskets in accordance with API-622, API-624 and ISO-15848-1.
  8. Integral ring with body-welded liner.
  9. NPS ¼ to NPS 2 diameters.
  1. Socket weld end dimensions under ASME B16.11, threaded end dimensions under ASME B1.20.1; both for Class 800 and 1500 valves.
  2. RF or RTJ flange dimensions in accordance with ASME B16.5.
  3. WE end dimensions in accordance with ASME B16.25.
  4. End spacing for welded (SW) or threaded (TH) box designs (classes 800 and 1500) are manufactured in accordance with the manufacturer's standard.
  5. End spacing for flanged valves or valves with WE ends (class 150, 300, 600) are manufactured in accordance with ASME B16.10.
  6. ASME Classes 150, 300, 600, 800, and 1500 #. For class 2500 in accordance with ASME B16.34.
  7. Standard port (standard port) or full port (full port).
  8. Gas column valve for cryogenic service available on request.
  9. Performance testing in accordance with API-598.
