To avoid the above, an interior and exterior coating must be used to avoid the contact of water with the manufacturing materials that may react.
  • These valves are generally painted in blue color for easy identification.

    1. Manufactured in accordance with MSS-SP-85 standards.
    2. Diameters NPS 2 up to NPS 12.
    3. Gray iron body ASTM A126 class B.
    4. Gray iron disc ASTM A126 class B with bronze ring ASTM B62 grade C83600.
    5. Seat Ring in bronze ASTM B62 grade C83600.
    6. Rising stem (OS&Y).
    1. Stem material in brass ASTM B16.
    2. Class 200 CWP.
    3. Flange dimensions in accordance with ASME B16.1 Class 125.
    4. Exterior and interior with epoxy protective coating (fusion bonded epoxy).
    5. Handwheel operated.
